This website is operated by Silaba Inédita, Lda., a company incorporated under Portuguese law, hereinafter referred to as Grafipronto.

Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grafipronto.

Grafipronto provides this website, including all information, tools and services available therein, subject to the user’s acceptance of these Terms of Service / Terms of Use, as well as all policies, conditions and notices referenced herein.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The online store is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform, which provides the technological infrastructure necessary for the sale of Grafipronto’s products and services.

By using this website, the user declares that they:

  • are of legal age under Portuguese law, or have the necessary legal authorisation;

Grafipronto sells printing products and services, many of which are custom-made and produced specifically according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Grafipronto makes every effort to display product images, descriptions and colours as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact match between on-screen display and the final printed result due to technical limitations.

6. SALES CONDITIONS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The conditions applicable to the sale of products, including but not limited to:

  • production timeframes;

  • shipping and in-store pickup;

  • cancellations;

  • returns and refunds;

  • exclusions of the right of withdrawal,

are governed by the Grafipronto Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service and which the user declares to have read, understood and accepted.

The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing orders.

Grafipronto reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders whenever there are indications of error, fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service, together with the Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Grafipronto and the user, superseding any prior agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.

Any disputes arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
