SHIPPING
When you check out your shopping cart, you will be shown the shipping zones, available delivery methods, and delivery costs.
- a) Production and Delivery Time is 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- b) Delivery times are merely indicative as they may depend on factors beyond Grafipronto's control, and therefore no damages arising from non-compliance can be attributed to Grafipronto.
- c) If goods and services are intended for the end consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the end consumer when the end consumer or a third party indicated by the end consumer comes into possession of the goods.
- d) Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check their conformity, notifying the carrier of any damage detected, which must be mentioned on the respective proof of receipt.
- f) In the event of hidden damage, the customer must report this fact in writing to Grafipronto within 24 hours, using the contact details provided on the website or available in physical stores.
For home deliveries, you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier by SMS or email to be informed of the delivery of your order.
If you are not at the indicated address, the package will be left at the nearest pickup point. The carrier will inform you via letter, notification, or phone call/text.
COLLECTION IN STORE
When completing your order, you can choose Store Pickup at no additional cost. This option allows you to pick up your products at one of our physical stores of your choice, conveniently and quickly.

- c) If goods and services are intended for the end consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the end consumer when the end consumer or a third party indicated by the end consumer comes into possession of the goods.
- d) Product compliance must be verified at the time of collection. Any anomalies must be reported immediately or within 72 hours in writing to the contact details available on our website or at site@grafipronto.pt. Returns on customized products are not accepted.
- e) You will receive a notification email or SMS as soon as your order is ready for collection at the store you selected.

You have 7 business days to pick up your order after receiving email notification . After this period, Grafipronto reserves the right to:

Mark the products as picked up/removed from the selected collection point.

Exemption from any liability regarding the quality of the final product, safety of use and/or any damage that may be detected when collecting the order.

Possible disappearance or omission of parts of the order.

- g) If you are unable to collect your order within the indicated timeframe, you must contact us in good time to find an alternative solution.
- h) To pick up your order, simply go to the selected store with your order number or confirmation email.
- i) At the selected collection points/stores, there is no priority for order pickup. You must always take a ticket and wait your turn like any other customer present.
RETURNS
Returns of goods purchased in person at Grafipronto physical establishments are not permitted.
In distance purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the receipt of the goods, to terminate the purchase contract, without needing to give any reason, and the consumer is responsible for bearing the transport costs for returning the goods, regardless of the reason for the return.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is intact, exactly as it was when it was shipped and accompanied by an invoice.
Grafipronto will refund the purchase within 30 days using the payment method used by the consumer. If you used a Multibanco reference, you will need to provide the IBAN to process the refund.
The right to free reporting is not applicable when:
- a) The goods supplied are personalized; damaged; bent, leaving any apparent signs of use or wear.
- b) There is a supply of goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and they have been opened after delivery, including cushions and aprons;
- c) Digital content provided and if it has been reproduced or performed;
- d) The 5- to 7-business-day period has not expired without a dispatch order from the carrier. This period begins on the date and time the order was actually paid for using any of the available payment methods.
