DELIVERIES

 

When you are checking out in the shopping cart, the following will be displayed:delivery methods available, as well as delivery times and costs.

i) Delivery times are merely indicative as they may depend on factorsnot controllable by Grafipronto, and therefore no damages can be incurred.arising from its non-compliance.

ii) If the goods and services are intended for the final consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferredfor the same when he or a third party appointed by him takes possession of the goods.

iii) Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify their compliance,notifying the carrier of the damage it detects, which must be mentioned in therespective proof of receipt.

iv) In the event of hidden damage, the customer must communicate this fact, bywritten, within 24 hours, to Grafipronto, for the contacts on the website oravailable in physical stores.

For home deliveries, you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as theyour purchase leave our warehouse).You can be contacted by the carrier, by sms or email to be informed of the delivery of theorder.

 

RETURNS

 

The return of goods purchased in person at physical establishments is not allowed Ready-made Grafipronto.

For distance purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from thereception of the good, to terminate the purchase contract, without the need toinvoke any reason, and the consumer must bear the transport costs with thereturn the good, regardless of the reason for the return.

Returns are only accepted if the product is intact, strictly the same as whenwas shipped and accompanied by an invoice.

The purchase will be refunded by Grafipronto within a maximum period of 30 days, throughpayment method used by the consumer. If you used the ATM referenceyou will have to indicate the IBAN to process the refund.

The right of free termination does not apply when:

a) the goods supplied are personalized;

b) there is a supply of sealed goods for reasons of health or hygiene protection andhad been opened after delivery, among other pillows and aprons;

c) digital content is provided and if it has been reproduced or performed;
