When you are checking out in the shopping cart, you will be shown: shipping areas, available delivery methods, as well as delivery costs.

  1. a) Production and Delivery Deadline is 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. b) Delivery times are merely indicative as they may depend on factors not controllable by Grafipronto, meaning that no damages may be claimed resulting from non-compliance.
  3. c) If the goods and services are intended for the final consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the final consumer when he or a third party indicated by him comes into possession of the goods.
  4. d) Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check their conformity, reporting to the carrier any damage detected, which must be mentioned on the respective proof of receipt.
  5. f) In the event of hidden damage, the customer must communicate this fact, in writing, within 24 hours to Grafipronto, using the contact details provided on the website or available in physical stores.

For home deliveries you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).

You may be contacted by the carrier, by SMS or email to be informed of the delivery of the order.

If you are not at the indicated address, the order will be left at the nearest pick-up point. The carrier will leave this indication via letter, notification or call/SMS.


RETURNS

The return of goods purchased in person at Grafipronto physical establishments is not permitted.

In distance purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from receipt of the item, to terminate the purchase contract, without the need to give any reason, and the consumer is responsible for bearing the transportation costs of returning the item. well, regardless of the reason for the return.

Returns are only accepted if the product is intact, exactly the same as when it was shipped and accompanied by an invoice.

The refund of the purchase will be made by Grafipronto within a maximum period of 30 days, through the payment method used by the consumer. If you used the Multibanco reference, you will have to indicate the IBAN to process the refund.

The right to free reporting is not applicable when:

  1. a) The goods supplied are personalized; damaged; folded leaving any visible signs of use or wear.
  2. b) There is a supply of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery, among others pillows and aprons;
  3. c) Digital content has been provided and if it has been reproduced or performed;
  4. d) The period of 5 to 7 working days has not expired without a dispatch order from the carrier. Starting from the date and time on which the order was actually settled by any of the available payment methods.
